School Well-Being Program
Ready 2 Change delivers a school well-being program aligned with the NSW syllabus, building resilience, leadership and emotional intelligence in primary students.
Supporting Students to Connect, Succeed & Thrive
We recognise the vital role schools play in shaping the emotional, social, and mental well-being of students.
Our Well-Being Program has been carefully designed (with great attention to detail) to meet the requirements of the NSW Education Well-Being Framework for Schools, focusing on Connect, Succeed, and Thrive.
We aim to equip young students with the skills, mindset, and resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges while fostering a positive school culture

Who the Program Is For
- Primary and secondary school students
- Students navigating emotional, behavioural, or social challenges
- Schools looking to foster respectful relationships and improve school culture
- Educators wanting programs aligned with the NSW Wellbeing Framework
How the Program Works
- Interactive Workshops: Students engage in discussions and activities that promote self-awareness, confidence, and leadership.
- Group Activities: These sessions are designed to foster teamwork and respect, which builds a sense of belonging both in school and at home.
- Fitness and Nutrition Education: Physical well-being is an integral part of the program, with regular fitness sessions aimed at promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

What Students Gain
We don’t just talk about well-being, we embed it into everyday thinking and behaviour. Students learn to:
- Manage emotions and conflict
- Communicate effectively and build healthy friendships
- Make positive lifestyle choices around food, exercise, and rest
- Develop confidence, motivation, and leadership skills
- Build self-worth, identity, and a sense of belonging
Program Delivery & Curriculum Alignment
- Mental Health and Well-Being: We cover emotional regulation, mindfulness, and coping strategies to build resilience in students. This directly supports the Healthy Mind component of the NSW syllabus.
- Social and Emotional Learning (SEL): By fostering social skills, conflict resolution, and positive relationships, we help schools meet their requirements to develop students’ interpersonal competencies.
Healthy Lifestyle Choices: Our focus on nutrition and physical activity complements the Healthy Food and Body aspects of the syllabus, encouraging lifelong habits that promote physical well-being.
- Pre- and post-program evaluation
- Measurable impact on student outcomes
- Working with Children Checks and compliance documentation
- Flexibility in delivery to meet school needs
At the core of the program is a commitment to empowering students. Each participant will:
- Connect: Build positive relationships within their school and community, fostering a sense of belonging.
- Succeed: Gain practical tools for leadership, confidence, and resilience.
- Thrive: Flourish in both academic settings and everyday life through improved well-being and emotional intelligence.

Our Facilitators

Extended Learning Pathways & Ongoing Support
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all support. That’s why we:
- Build individualised plans based on NDIS goals and real needs
- Use a person-centred matching process to pair participants with the right mentor or worker
- Adapted supports as goals, circumstances, or family needs arise

The Outcome
- A student who feels more connected to their peers and school community
- A school that sees stronger engagement, resilience, and positive behaviour
- A culture of respect, growth, and emotional well-being across all year levels
